I have been working with Latha Srinivasamohan, the President of Techtrac, Inc. for more than ten years. We have a wonderful working rapport and she as always treated me with respect. The highest complement we can give each other is to be honest. Business is about being professional, working hard, solving challenges, debugging at times and continually learning. It is and has been my pleasure to work with Latha. She is not only a co-worker but also a good friend. We meet people who improve not only our businesses, our balance sheets and our process but, sometimes also our lives. I just wanted to say, Thank you Latha for all the work and research we have done together over the years.

Professionally, I have to tell you that Latha Srinivasamoahn works really hard. She is smart and manages exceptionally well. We have successfully completed and continue to work on a number of projects together. The American Time Use Survey ATUS, Consumer Expeditures Survey CQR, and lots of others while at the U.S. Census Bureau. There are other projects and skills like the SAS processing or writing scripts in Manipula that should be recognized as achievements. We have traveled, gone to conferences and always enjoy meeting other survey professionals and make new contacts, while having a good time. I have consulted with her on some very difficult assignmets with great success. We did the lead research on the OLEDB database connectivity in Blaise, .boi files for those who know. We did some really interesting and challenging work with the Blaise IS, for the Interenet. It is a pleasure to work with her and though she would never say so herself - she is a gifted programmer, excellent conslutant and amazing business woman.
